Very Poor Customer Service!

I was called by the driver 8 days after pick up that he wished to deliver my car at midnight. I refused and we agreed on meeting at 8am the next morning. The driver never showed and FHT transport could not contact him for more than 24 hours. Neddless to say, I was woried about my vehicle for more than 24 hours. I left three messages during the first day and FHT never returned my calls. On day 9 I was told that the driver had personal problems (of which he would bew facing criminal charges) and my car would be delivered that day. I asked for some break on the fee as for more than 24 hours no one knew where my car was. The owner of FHT threatened to put my car in storage unless I paid the full amount, then he hung up on me. DO NOT USE FHT TRANSPORT!
