My experience with Stateway Auto Transport and FHT Auto Transport
was definitely not positive! I will NEVER use either of you for future transports!
The driver Michael Dominguez has a real attitude problem and things will only
be done his way. I made a dozen calls to Michael to find out day,date, and time
of pick-up. He would not answer his cell phone and did not return any of my messages.
He went a step further and said he texted me. My land line phone does not get text messages.
Does yours? Per Steve S. at FHT, the driver was supposed to pick-up the vehicle at Sabino
High School, which is a half a mile away. Instead, I was forced to drive 3 miles away to meet him.
I had to walk 3 miles home in the dark during a monsoon wind and lighting storm. The driver took
almost 48 hours to get to Lawrenceburg, TN, when it only takes 23 hours to get there from Tucson, AZ. He had only 1 vehicle to deliver before the Fiat. Go figure. He did not drop the vehicle where
the buyer wanted it dropped. Instead, he dropped it off on a busy highway full of traffic. That is real safe isn't? Steve S. at FHT never apologized to me for any of this. The buyer will never use your transport companies again either. I would not let these clowns ship my jock strap!
