I am sorry for the transport. As we explained to you, You did not pay use for DOOR TO DOOR service, you used a broker. and we do allow up to 100lbs for your convenience. So any discount goes thru broker. And still should if how you feel. We feel your complaint is on broker not use. We provided you with service that was dispatched thru us on central dispatch. We also sent you a emailing saying no insurance on personal items. We do not itemized so or take pictures wither did you so no way to verify anything. We told you this all before loading car. I understand your frustration but please focus on who you paid this transport too, and initial company you used. We did exactly as ordered
