DO NOT USE FHT AUTO TRANSPORT.

They added 640 miles onto my car on a 2700 mile route between New Jersey and Los Angeles. Uncooperative and unwilling to supply us with the paperwork to file a claims, they essentially robbed us of the car's value. They also did not admit to adding these miles even though there is hard proof countersigned by a representative of the company.

While I would like to provide a contact's first and last name, we were unable to get a full name other than something like: Hamit. He provided one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had. Hamit, if you are reading this, I hope you realize the stress and frustration you have given me.

In short, feel free to use FHT but expect obstacles and poor service.

We transport cars on our car carriers and do not drive them. The millage was read to our driver at the time of pick up. Thus, customer assumed that we drove his car. It was our drivers fault to trust customer and did not look to confirm the millage. It is imposible for our driver to drive the truck and customers car. Cars are loaded on to the truck at the origin and gets of loaded at the time of delivery.
