Unprofessional and Disrespectful Transport Company

I contracted through "We Will Move It" for "F1 Auto Transport" to pick up my car in Colorado Springs, Co. and bring it to Bowie, MD. The car was picked up on time on Wednesday, 26 May 2016 and delivery was promised for Saturday morning, 29 May 2016 (Memorial Day weekend). I received no calls from F1 so I called them to schedule pick-up then notified my POC in Colorado that the car would be picked up in "30 minutes". I had called Anna (dispatch) a couple of times and she was very dismissive. My POC in Colorado notified me that my car picked up at 0830 but I never received a call from F1. I called the driver (Ruslan) and he didn't answer so I called Anna - she affirmed that my car was picked up and would be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday morning after waiting for delivery, I called them and they told me they would deliver on Monday. I was upset both because they didn't communicate, didn't honor the contract and didn't respect my time. Again, they were very dismissive. After F1 had my car on their truck, they didn't care about my time or timely delivery of my vehicle. They delivered my car Monday, 30 May 2016 at 1:30PM. The driver's window was open and the car was filthy. They didn't apologize for not delivering on time or for having my car on their truck with the window open. The driver (Ruslan) was very arrogant and was only concerned about his check. I met my contractual obligation, they didn't come close and they didn't care. I would never recommend them and I recommend that you stay away. This company was very unprofessional! By the way, "We Will Move It" was apologetic and professional- although, I got no response from them throughout the holiday weekend. I pin the rose on F1 not We Will Move It. Also, my entire Memorial Day Weekend was ruined! At least they didn't damage the car!
