Promised me 7 days, it's almost 3 weeks later and no car

EZ Auto Trans promised my car would be delivered in 7-10 days, but mentioned that it would be closer to 7 days.

Great, I thought! Big mistake.

They took my car almost 3 weeks ago, stopped calling/emailing/texting me last week stating that a truck broke down somewhere, and sometime in the future (lol?) some driver would contact me.

I arrived at the police station today to file a report. I never thought I would have to file a stolen car report when my car was being transported across country.

Lucky for me, I have good insurance - but it's a hassle. I don't know where my car is, or if it's in a chop shop somewhere. EZ Auto stopped communicating with me.

Needless to say, I will NEVER USE OR recommend EZ Auto TRANS LCC.
