Express Delivery in Spokane is completely dishonest, incompetent and unaccountable. Jessica, the company representative was horrible in every way. She doesn't talk to customers...she shrieks and screams in deranged howls. She demanded I make an additional payment of $743 over and above the contracted cost; and when I refused the car disappeared; and the phone number is no longer active. It has since been reported as as stolen to the State Police in Washington and North Carolina. Follow-up with the Washington State attorney general and Spokane district attorney's office is in process. Do not do business with these lying, incompetent crooks!
