Damaged Car

The car dropped off on October 15, 2008 at Matson in Hawaii. There were 2 scratches on the inspection sheet. It was delivered by Express Delivery on November 5, 2008. The driver tried to leave the scene without allowing an inspection to take place…we found out why. There are 2 gouges on the front fender and rim damage to both rear tires. We contacted Express Delivery immediately, and Jessica informed us to continue the inspection and to contact Fred to make a claim. Fred was contacted on November 6, in which a claim report was made. Fred requested two damage estimates and pictures of damage to be faxed to him. All requested information was sent on November 14, 2008. Fred has never responded to multiple calls or enquires, and to date we have not received any status update on the claim. We contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a claim. No one else should EVER use this company….EVER!
