They couldn't find a driver

I made my order on Monday Feb 5th 2007, specifying Friday the 9th as the first day for pick up. I said I need the car picked up before I leave NY on Feb. 16th, that I ideally want it in Austin TX around Feb 17th. I was told that pick-up may take a few days, but come Feb 13th they had still never contacted me. I found out there was still no driver assigned to my car and they didn't know how long it would take to find one.

I couldn't wait on them any longer and found another company to take my order and guarantee a pick up this week. But when I cancelled with Express, they still charged me a $100 cancellation fee, even though they never found a driver to pick up my car. I understand the contract states that cancellation before 15 days has passed costs me $100, but they've done absolutely nothing to move my car. In my opinion that is a messed up contract term. Had I known they would keep me waiting so long with no communication on their part, I would have gladly paid more with another company.
