Unfortunately I didn't do enough reading on this company before I placed my order. I placed the order and was told a booking # (for the boat) would be given to me by friday or monday at the latest. Monday was needed in order to make the next available ship. After 4 days and a couple emails/calls I decided to start researching other companies and to cancel my order.

I Submitted my Cancellation request and started to look for alternates. I found this website and a few other places that stated Express auto takes your order and then seems to forget about you. I had good promptness to my calls/emails right up until the order was placed. They do this to get the $50 application processing fee apparently... which is considered "Earned" upon taking your order. Again, I submitted several Several emails to cancel, as well as voicemails waiting to get a confirmation the order was cancelled. I finally received a confirmation 9 days later. at this point they said it would take 7-10 business days to process my refund. They charged me $1465 up front for the boat. After the 10 days were up, I was fed up and found several others stating they only got a refund after requesting it through their credit card company. After going back and forth for over a month with the dispute process, my refund was finally processed today.

I will NEVER consider doing business with this company again and I have no clue how they were able to get on ebays "Preferred shippers" list.

For those that are interested, I ended up using United Auto Transport and received EXCELLENT service from start to finish. I will be writing a review on them as well right now...
