Once in contact with the driver, all went very nicely. She and her son arrived when they said they would and the cars were in excellent condition. I am sure she had difficulties since one of them was inoperative and would not even roll due to rear brakes being locked up. It turns out that the rear axle had spent some time under water, and the brake linings had softened and swollen, causing them to rust the brake drums and adhere very tightly where the linings touched. We discovered this after getting the car unloaded and into our shop for inspection.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service, and particularly with the driver and her son, who accompanied her on the trip to help with the loading and unloading.
