230 Days....still awaiting a refund

It seems to me the process refunding money if services were not provided is a simple business practice and good customer service. After multiple calls over the last 230 days and a recent fax I have not received a refund from Express Auto Transport. I have read other complaints about the company and refunds on this web site as well as responses from an Express Auto Transport representative resolving their refund issue. Although it appears to be an unconventional way of doing business with their customers I’m hopeful that a representative from Express Auto Transport will contact me by 5 March 2010 before I return to the site and provide a more detailed version of my experience with Express Auto Transport.
