Express Auto Transport offered to transport my classic car for hundreds of dollars less than your nearest compettitor. After my initial contact with your staff I was so impressed that I almost didnt compare prices. When I did four other auto transport companies I was pleased to call you back and arrange for the vehicle to be transported through Express.

You promptly by E-mail sent me an agreement for my review, approval and signature. Then you notified me of an anticipated date of pick-up. After the car was loaded you again notified me and then I got a phone call from the driver enroute. I spoke with the driver three more times receiving up-dates and, unfortunately, informing me of a delay about 3 hours due to a mechanical breakdown of his truck. The car arrived as expected and with no damage. I wish all business transactions were so easy and service delivered as the customer hopes. Thank You. Mike
