The company themselves are very honest and great to work with. Unfortunately my car was peppered with rocks while being transported on an open carrier. Thier insurance does not cover "Road Hazzards" and as such I will have to eat the cost of a new specialty window for a 7-series BMW. If you are shipping anything of real value DO NOT ship open. Pay the extra money, it will save you money in the long run. AGAIN, the people at Express Auto and the sub-contracted company Cowboy Carriers were both top notch professionals. The reason the car arrived a day later than expected was because; 1) it is only an estimated delivery. 2) weather was bad the week it was transpoted.
