I dealt with various Auto Express representatives in my initial investigation of the service in order to feel out the competency of the business. Although most all representatives had inadequate knowledge of your service and almost a defensive nature to my general questions, one representative really stood out, and he was finally the one I secured the deal with. Andrew had concise and accurate knowledge of your services and showed extremely skilled and friendly customer service. It was my trust in him, that ultimately led me to choose Auto Express. I had asked why others were so extremely poor at articulating the service and he even was only positive and professionally to this as well. Hopefully the business will incorporate some of his leadership and social skills, it will serve everyone.
