with regards to EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT
my transport order number is #9060112935
I had you quote and accepted your price and paid in full to have a truck moved from Utah to Florida. I then added money to this on two occasions all on a credit card. I added the money because you were having a problem getting a driver to pick up the truck. as it turns out according to not one but two drivers that you use that the truck was too big to be transported on an open transport truck according to the DOT. this you must have known! I then cancelled the order and had FedEx move it which they did in a week. after many phone calls to you you have still NOT refunded the money you charged me. I checked with several other trucking companies and to my surprise they were not surprised, seems this is not the first time they have heard this. as I live outside the U.S.A. there is really nothing i can do about any of this except send this to eBay and the DOT and to every website that will post it.
