No Brainer Decision

I recently used Express Auto Transport to ship a vehicle. The vehicle arrived last night. I would like to take this opportunity to highlight the experience.

Since I was not sure exactly where to begin the process; I pulled up Google and typed in “Vehicle Shipping” this provided a website that allowed me to submit my request to numerous shipping companies for quotes.

I have to say the number of responses was staggering, and yours was not the least expensive. My original plan was to go with the cheapest one. But something happened on my way to “The Lowest Bidder” it came in the form of a young lady by the name of Crystal.

Of all the quotes received by numerous companies, she was the only “Real Person” who took the time to actually call me. It only took a few minutes with her on the phone for me to decide to go with your company. Her candor, truth and knowledge provided a level of security to me that made this a “No Brainer” decision.

I had some specific time constraints associated with this move that made it a little more difficult than normal. But they dealt with it like true professionals, at one point they even told me that if they were unable to get the vehicle moved by the date required that they would work to find another carrier. Their desire to provide the best possible customer service was evident in everything they did. This included daily phone and email updates.

I just wanted to pass this on for the purpose of providing some visibility on just how well Express Auto Transport team members are performing…..

Rest assured that I will pass on the name of Express Auto Transport to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
