After having my order for 3 weeks and no calls or e-mails from this company I switched to another broker. Every time I would call THEM, I got the same story....Jerry has been wowrking on this all day trying to get a carrier company but there are none in the area. I was going to call you back but go busy and couldn't make the call. I found out from the new broker (Wheeler Shipping) that there were 10 cars in Ohio coming to Louisiana. I called Sue Wheeler on a Wednesday morning, she had a driver THAT NIGHT, my car was picked up that Saturday and was delivered to me Monday night. But Express Auto couldn't find a driver??? The driver that wound up bringing me my car said he had looked at my order but Express Auto wanted to keep most of the money...they were trying to low ball the carrier company. No one wanted to move my car because of the low pay. This company made promises that they did not keep. When I placed the order they told me there were trucks in that area and it would only be a couple of days before it would be picked up....LIE!!! They said what they needed to get the deposit on my order, which they still have not refunded back to my credit card. They said it would take 2 weeks to refund my deposit. It only took a second to punch in the numbers to charge me...should only take a few seconds to issue a refund. I wish I had researched the company before I signed up with them. They have complaints against them with the BBB also. Do yourself a favor and call Sue Wheeler at Wheeler Shipping...she got the job done, fast and easy.
