I needed a fast transport and I had used them in the past so I called them again. I told them I needed ASAP and asked them to verify with the driver before I scheduled it. He assured me that I had nothing to worry about. First, the vehicle got picked up and no email came saying it was picked up, no phone call, nothing. Not until I called to ask if they had. Then it showed a delivery date for the next day. Which was unacceptable (If they could not do it the same day I told them I would call another company, before I scheduled it) The car hasn't been dropped off yet and the driver notified me that if it would be today, it wouldn't be until 10PM. Which does me no fucking good, I'm going to have to pay for my rental for another day now and cancel the appointments I had made to get the car tinted, detailed, etc... On top of that, the driver has his GPS turned off so their "live tracking" is bullshit. You can't see any details other than where you scheduled it to be picked up and where its supposed to be dropped off. The person I spoke to just told me what I wanted to hear to get the business and then did whatever the hell they wanted. I even bribed the driver the first time I called with extra cash just to ensure it was delivered quickly. What a waste. I won't be using this company again.
