I was contacted with a price of $650.00 so I agreed and signed up.After almost a month I was contacted and was told my truck would be picked up on March 10th. The 10th came and went so I called to find out why my truck wasn't picked up and Cosette told me the transporter was having a problem with one of the cars on the trailer. After another week and unanswered calls and e mails I was finally contacted by someone else who said they would have a truck pick up mine the same day for $950.00.When I was told this I knew I was in trouble but I decided not to argue with this person.I've had several cars transported and have never had this happen. Expedia transport waisted my time don't let them waist yours.

We want to apologize to this customer this sales rep is no longer working with us and it is our fault. However there is no such thing as a bait and switch. The sales rep gave the customer a price of what the carriers where accepting however locations of the pick up and drop off do change the price. This is a tough business and we do not control the price only the carriers do that, the only thing we control is our broker fee. Once again we apologize to this customer.
