Our cars were picked up and delivered at the times promised. A little damage to a rear bumper on one of the cars was the only damage caused during transportation, but Jose was very professional in handling our claim. The body shop he directed us to in LA, fixed the bumper and we had the car back the following day. GREAT customer service!
