Failure to Reimurse for Damage

When my car was unloaded from transporter, front end was raised 6" from normal. Driver did not know how to bring front end down. Took car to dealer next morning. Dealer repaired level sensor arm and reported that that the sensor must have been disconnected by carrier when strapping wheel to transporter. Contacted Exit 15 and provided them with invoice from dealer showing cost of repair. Invoice clearly states that damage occured during shipping. Exit 15 promised to review with dealer and reply. No reply. Subsequenlty, Exit 15 has not responded to phone calls or fax. Exit 15 has still not reimbursed me for damages.
