Rude and Threatening Customer Service

The customer service surrounding Exit 15 Trucking was overtly rude and disappointing. We were notified very late as to the exact time when our vehicle would be picked up for shipment, and when we called to ask the approximate time, we were rudely told that we had been notified "60 times" about when it would be picked up. This was not true, as we had to call the company multiple times to get an estimated pickup time. There was also miscommunication on the service representative's part as we were then told that the car would be shipped from the yard on Sunday afternoon even though the vehicle was picked up the Friday before. However, the worst part of this company's service came after the car was delivered. After delivery, we left a review on this site about our disappointing service. About a day after the review was posted, I received a series of many angry texts about the review, which included multiple threats to sue my family. Each part of our accurate review was challenged and we were ridiculed for being disappointed with their service, and even our future "karma" was threatened in the texts. I never expected that a professional company would ever go to great lengths reach a customer who is displeased with their service, and hope that no one has to go through the harassment that we've experienced.
