Initial communication between parties agreed that the vehicle would be delivered within 1 calendar day. This was my main reason for choosing this auto shipment company.
Instead, it took 6 calendar days for actual delivery.

Calls to truck and dispatcher were not returned promptly.

Driver could not meet at source and deliver at destination address due to truck size.
Instead of driver identifying a convenient location for source / destination due to truck size logistics, he put the burden on client.

Wow Talk about unrealistic goals. This customer was picked up the same day she placed the order and was delivered within 3 days. There are 10 other cars on board. This customer thinks we are a taxi service. I am sorry but this was a seamless transport and sorry the 18 WHEELER did not fit down your DEAD END STREET.
