This headache all began when I made an inquiry online to have bike shipped from San Diego, CA. to San Jose, CA. The dealings started off nice and pleasant with Tyler the idiot; he called me and was so easy to reach while selling me lies and broken promises. The price was fair and the deposit was low so I decided to go with this guy. Everything was set up, I gave him my CC info and minutes later I received a follow up email with all the details of our deal. I was even provided the driver name and number which was a little more settling. I waited patiently the next day and about 10:40am I received a call from the shop owner where I bought my bike with horrible news, the driver “Cosmin” the other idiot gets there and tells shop owner my bike won’t fit... LIAR! The shop owner over heard the truck driver take another deal for more money and just got up and left my bike there. Once I get the shady news, I tried to call my old buddy Tyler to see what the hell was going on and by NO surprise guess who doesn’t answer his phone or email... “Tyler the Liar” I made over 20 calls to him and sent him 5 text messages and emails with nothing. I finally sent an email to his boss Andy threatening a charge back and letting him know how horrible this experience was. Andy called me back and was rude in the beginning of the call but after listening to my issue he apologized and said he would help get this done and fixed. Unfortunately, Andy is now in the same category as his gay employee Tyler… A liar and his words have no integrity. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
