I hired this company even after some reviews were bad. They made excuses and said they stopped using the carrier they had problems with. Any questions prior to the move were answered. Once the car was picked up and they were paid all that changed and the broker refused to answer my calls. The car was picked up and I asked the driver if the car looked good in which he told me it was perfect. The car was delivered hours after promised because the truck driver got the carrier stuck. While waiting for it be unloaded truck driver pointed out rim was bent and made up a story that the dealership did it and they knew about. Called dealership in which they inspected it and there was no damage. They have a state mandatory inspection. Driver wrote in on his own report damage after he told me the car was perfect. Tried to resolve with both broker and carrier and was told the carrier has no insurance. The carrier owner used obscene language and spoke to me on the most horrific manner. WARNING DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG IT WILL BE AR YOUR EXPENSE.
