A little late, but then helped

Exclusive auto carriers gave a good bid to transport from Terre Haute, IN. to the suburbs of Chicago. We accepted it and expected the car to be picked up the next day. It wasn't, or the day after, or the next day. The driver kept calling me and giving excuses...he never called his manager and told them. When I let them know they were embarassed and furious and did all they could to have the car picked up the next day. Sure enough the driver got there and our daughter had lost the key. They waited until she had another made, which they didn't need to do. I told the driver we waited for him now he was going to wait for us.
The car was delivered that afternoon.
Not the fault of the driver, but we needed to go to a busy street to pick up the car as his truck was not allowed on our neighborhood streets.
All in all Greg and Nick really took care of us and responded immediately to all colls and concerns. They were great. I have trucks on the street and you cannot always depend on some drivers out there.
