VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

I need to move my car from MA to FL. Greg from Exclusive contacted me several times and talked about all the good service from Exclusive and its low price: $500 to move my car to FL. I trusted him and signed the contract with him. Right after that, he doesn't respond to me anymore!

A couple of days before the pickup date, I started to call the service line to check if they can find a driver. The service line told me they can not find the driver and said they increased the delivery price to find the driver. She asked if I agrees to the new price. Of course I have to. I need my car to be moved to FL! But the point is if the price can be increased again and again, why should I sign the contract? Why should Greg write $500 in the contact?

The case became even worse! They can not find a driver!!!!!! They increased the price to $750 but they still can not find a driver! I requested Wednesday to pick up my car. However, I waited more than 6 days. Even after a couple of days after I arrived FL, they still can not find a driver!!!!

This is totally not acceptable!!!
