Bad business practice

I had contacted exclusive about transporting my Suburban from California to New York. They were very helpful before I made payment for their broker fee. After paying the fee upfront I had a difficult and sometimes impossible time trying to communicate with them voicemail was full no one returned my calls when they said they would and they never secured a driver for the transport. I have since learned that the broker fee is paid after the broker secures a driver for your shipment. When I finally was able to speak with the broker and expressed my dissatisfaction with their service and requested my deposit back he hung up the phone on me.
