Great talk no action. The sales person assured me the pick up would be on time. I gave them a three week lead time. Got notice of a pick the same day. Quoted a price and then price went up the day of transport. Was told the fee $125 was part of transport cost. Never got my car. EA said they'd get back to me and never did. I finally tracked down the driving company and was told my car did not leave Florida. The trailer had broken down on May 28. I called the driver everyday and did not get a status update. Yesterday driver called me and said could not deliver. EA did not get back to me to resolve. Had to find another driver. Hoping my cars arrives by June 9th.
