No service, no refund of deposit

I paid $150 deposit, my car was never scheduled for pickup. They agreed
to refund deposit but never sent refund or credited my credit card. They
put me on hold for long wait times and transferred me from one person to another
but did nothing to answer many calls. Disconnected and put on hold
For over 25 calls!!!! I have filed BBB complaint. Exceptional Auto rated
"F" by BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Still waiting for "the check is in the mail!"
