Transporting my son's car home from college was a new experience for me. We used them in the spring of 2013 - and again in two weeks. The people at Exceptional Auto Transport were very very helpful, friendly, and answered our endless questions patiently. They set clear expectations on the process and timeline - and it all worked out perfectly. The driver was awesome, calling every day to provide ETA and updates on his progress across country to Southern California. He actually arrived 1 day earlier than expected - a wonderful surprise. They were honest and flexible - and delivered what they promised for a good price. We are using them again this month - and will recommend them to friends and family for sure. A great customer experience.
