Being a soldier of US Army, I hate to say that I had awful experience with Exceptional Auto Transport. It is really exceptional because it is not professional and reliable at all. They can give you the lower price but trust me they will never ship your car on time. And at the end you will be paying much more money that you expect. My car was suppose to be picked up on Feb 4th 2014 from Colorado which actually got picked up Feb 10th 2014. After keep calling all day and keep putting me on hold, I finally realized that this company is not reliable at all.
Mr Jason, which apparently works as manager in this company is the most dishonest person. He was not even honest with the soldier of his country so you can imagine how he will end up dealing with you. Because of lateness of my car, Jason told me that he will reduce my price to $50 less but when driver finally came to drop my car he didn't want to give my car until I paid him much more money than Jason told me on phone.
If you want to mess up your budget and waste your time, contact Jason. As he will keep giving you lame excuses to make more money and steal you somehow.
God Bless America and I hope we get rid of these kind of unreliable companies and dishonest people.
