EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Exceptional Auto won the bid to deliver two vehicles for our company. They promised to pick up two vehicles and have them delivered within 4 to 5 days. They NEVER called me to let me know the plan. I ALWAYS had to keep calling them to see what the next steps would be.

Then out of the blue I get a call from the front desk that a vehicle has arrived and was never told by Exceptional Auto that it was even on its way. Therefore I couldn't pay the driver because I told Exceptional Auto that I would need a couple of days to get a coporate check cut prior to the drivers arrival. AND again, only one vehicle showed up. Still waiting on the second one. They haven't followed up with me on it. I'm constantly calling them for updates. The Customer Service is horrible.

THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.
