My restored antique car was muddy and dusty from being transported. Contact person at Exceptional Auto Transport told me the car would stay on the trailer the whole time and not be moved around. When the truck driver got to my place, he said he loads/unloads each car several times to put more on and off load some. So, don't believe them when they tell you your car stays in the exact same spot on the truck the whole time. Also, remember less than 1% of customers leave reviews on this website. The truck driver was definitely a pro at what he does, and has a lot of experience (BATS Motorsports from Oregon). My car did not start, and he winched it on no time, and had no complaints about doing so. Truck driver did an excellent job besides the fact of being muddy and very dusty which I am not at all happy about. Although, what can you do about it? He explained it was because of the weather... That is why I paid more for AN ENCLOSED TRUCK!!! Also, don't believe Exeptional Auto when they tell you they won't use the bait and switch game with you. They told me they wouldn't quote a price and then a couple days later raise that price. That is exactly what they did, and I called them out on it. They told me ok, they will keep looking. Remember, Exceptional Auto is just a broker, they aren't driving the truck delivering the vehicles.
