So, after our fiasco with another carrier, which we reviewed as well, our transport needs were saved in the nick of time!
Rob and Jason stepped in after the ball was dropped by another company and with ONE DAY got our entire transaction completed, from contract to pickup! SUPER JOB GUYS!
Jason at Exceptional was the dispatcher we dealt with. He followed up, stayed in touch, and took an unfortunate incident and turned it into a SUCCESS!
We do not expect our car for another 10 days, but the level of customer service provided has been the highest quality and we expect nothing but smooth sailing.
