I originally contracted with another carrier (Crossroads) and after tap dancing with them for nearly a week (in fairness we did have to move out our pick up date) and hearing over and over "we are working with carriers to pick up your car" I contacted Exceptional. I spoke to Jerri who is Exceptional's dispatcher and in 2 hours I had a carrier, a driver's name and his phone number. Once I signed the contract Jerri confirmed everything with a phone call and we were set to go - all in about 2 hours! The car was picked up and deliverd on time, the driver (Gee) was professional and great and Jerri followed up to see all was taken care of. Great service and Jerri certainly lived up to the compan's name, Exceptional. I would recommed them to everyone and ask for Jerri! What a great job!
