We called David a week before our desired shipment. We were told we "we own our own trucks". And "we drive that route 2x per day". We felt we were well covered. However when we called the day prior to pickup we were told that they had the pickup date wrong. We had 1 day of flexibility and we gave it to Excelsior. They said they could get us a ride - but the truck was 36 hours late. We finally had to move and leave town. We left the car and it was ultimately picked up - and delivered several days later (longer than we expected). Very frustrated with overall performance.
