Communications with dispatcher (Ray) were hit and miss. Driver did a great job BUT the power cord (connecting trailer to truck was damaged. I had no history regarding the cord and it appeared fine when departed. Dispatch told me the driver immediately noticed the cord was short(?). I don't have an answer for that, but it certainly did not look like what I remember when departing. The cord worked fine with a truck with outlet in bed (the driver attached it at the bumper. I don't know if the cord was indeed short or just damaged due to pinching or because of the connection at the bumper. So, I'm now having to replace the cord and it's out of pocket. In trying to understand the situation, it's become a "he said, they said"...a discussion that I cannot win. Besides that, the trailer was transported safely. I'm not sure I would use these folks again...shop around
