Worse Service-Never showed

Despite repeated statements that evergreen would be able to pick up our car some time in a three day window, no transport ever showed up. To make matters worse, they cashed the electronic check and now their customer service representative who acknowledges that they never delivered the services but cashed the check, is refusing to advise us as to when our money will be returned to us. Our check is allegedly in process. I read to this satement to Brenda, the assistant manager at Evergreen, and she agreed that all of these statements are true. Once the roblem was brought to the attention of the customer service repressentatives, they were not helpful at all or even friendly as they advertise on their website. In fact they were downright rude. Acoording to my husband, the sales peorson was very friendly prior to getting our money but once the problem developed, things were different.
They failed to deliver the service and really did not care that during that three day period, I changed my plans and stayed around my house waiting for the phone call, or that the car will not be at the destination when I get there. I had to find another transporter on very short notice. It just doesn't seem fair that they have my money. Perhaps, Evergreen takes orders with the hope that they will be able to deliver but with no confirmation that they will be able to do so at the time that they take your money. If that's the case, Evergreen wins and the consumer loses.

Fran, Why are you lying on public forum. Brenda told you that you shipment comes with our 100% customer satisfation guarantee which includes a 100% refund. Brenda is very friendly and well liked which is how I know you are LYING again.
