This is my second evaluation on the service I just received from the Evergreen Auto Transport service. This was my first ever experience utilizing any auto transport service.
Our transmission went bad near Midland, Texas late one afternoon last week. Because my uncle (age 93) needed some medical attention, I left the Odyssey in the care of the local Honda dealer, rented an auto and proceeded the 300 miles to his doctor's location in Dallas.
I had located Evergreen on the Internet and made arrangements to have my vehicle transported to our local repair shop here near St.Louis, MO. Dorothy was exceptionally understanding and efficient in taking my order, following up prior to pick-up, after pick-up and after delivery. Everything went on schedule. The vehicle was picked-up the day after my order was confirmed and delivered the 600 miles up the Interstates in a day and one half.
Dorothy and the Evergreen system... thank you so much!
P.S. The 199x-2004 Odyssey transmissions need to be back flushed every 30,000 miles and an extra filter is suggested by our transmission repair shop.
