The van took a very long time to get picked up in Ohio (over 3 weeks). The price was good as long as your not on a deadline to get your vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle from the destination town, I was very pleased on the overall condition of it. It was very clean on the outside and not a mark on it. The agent at Evergreen was always very pleasant to talk to but at times, when he was to return my calls, I had to wait a day or 2 for the return call. Overall, I am happy and would probably use them again if needed.
