The driver arrive days later then expected. Customer service said they had no control over this. Car was in transit several days more then quoted and there was no contact from driver. Customer service said they had no control over this. Car arrived with minor scratches and damage driver did not take report or tell customer how to file claim. He basically ignored the damage and stated that it was very minor. Customer service continued to say they would E-mail information on the rebate but never did. Customer service people are very nice when you talk to them but they have no information or control over your car and the drivers appear to be contracted individuals that do not report to anyone. The price was good and the damage was very minor but my feeling is that we may have been lucky.
