Apparently without leaving a 5 star rating I will not get my rebate, so I'm doing it. I placed order for transport on 10/20 and was told 7-10 days for delivery to my client, he got his vehicle 11/16! Everything was delayed and I couldn't get any help from customer service when they'd even actually answer my calls, (lots of poor excuses though) and ultimately had to come in after hours to meet their driver, my customer also had to meet the drivers late evening the day after they were supposed to finally arrive with his vehicle. I wouldn't recomend this company to anyone, I just want my rebate as promised. The drivers themselves were courteous and professional, and the vehicle was handled appropriately, however the delays were unreasonable. I was also coerced into paying an additional $100 after they already quoted me, they said in order to get a driver more quickly (this after they were 1 1/2 weeks late from original quoted pick up date) I needed to make the price more enticing. Unbelievable, of course I did pay it just to get my client taken care of. Normally even with poor customer service I don't leave negative reviews or feedback, in this case though I was blatantly held up for more $$ and feel obligated to warn other potential clients.
Needless to say, if I wasn't being held up for my rebate too they would get a 1 star review from Street Dreams.
