I'm a busy person so I'd prefer to just schedule something and then move on with my life, but this seemed to drag on, and I had to make all these phone calls. I'd be told I'd get emails, and I wouldn't so I'd have to call back and keep requesting them. They have like 3 different names and different carriers that you can't even keep up with. The woman I was dealing with was nice, but she kept misspelling everything, but apparently she doesn't work there anymore. I was originally told the price was 1100, but upon delivery it was 1200. Come to find out you get a rebate to get your $100 back. Not a big deal, but it seemed a little scammy since I should have been told that from the beginning. There was also a confusion with the driver saying I owed more than I should which again took more phone calls to clear up.
They were also a week late on pickup because they couldn't get a driver, the first one bailed right before pickup. But mysteriously if I paid $250 more I'd get a guaranteed pickup, and for $350 overnight pickup. This became on option only after I put down a deposit and was waiting around for a driver to appear.
The vehicle made it safely, and I never dealt with anybody rude, it just seemed like too much work like I had to keep track of them so they wouldn't make a mistake. I'm at the stage where I'm waiting for my rebate, and I don't like that I have to submit a review or I won't get it.
The price was fair, and I don't know if this is all standard procedure for using a car shipper since I don't do this on a regular basis. Maybe it was just the lady on the phone wasn't very good at her job.
