Placed an order on 12/17 for pick-up. Stacey said she would call when it would be ready. Promised by the next week. Never received a call from Stacey. She told me that she would try harder and it would be picked up by the end of December. By Jan 4th, I called to cancel because they were not moving my car. The window was 1-10 days, yet they say it's not a guaranty. Stacey and the dispatcher were the two rudest people I have ever spoken to on the phone. Rather than trying to help, they told me to cancel my order. When I asked to speak to a manager, Stacey told me that they will not be able to tell me anything different so in a rude way, told me I could speak to the receptionist if I wanted to speak to someone else. I would never refer this company to ANYONE!!! On top of all this, Stacey know I was in a monthly lot so I had to pay another month because of their laziness that they will not refund me.

We are sorry we could not get Alexander's car picked up over the holidays. Alexander did not select Guaranteed pickup times. We have no cancellation fees or penalties. We cannot please all customers, although we try. Our outstanding record speaks for itself.
