Lorri was great. I had to ship a small fishing boat from Cincinnati, Ohio to Salt Lake City, Utah. I called around and got some very high prices, but Lorri's was very competetive. She was very professional, and most important, she was very customer focused. She was always very friendly, and upbeat, whenever I spoke to her. When she got the driver set up, he called and confirmed the pick up date and was very prompt, and was very curteous also. I kept in touch with him during his travels, and he delivered right when he said he would. I would be glad to use this company for any of my shipping needs. In fact I just requested another rate from Lorri today. I also speak to alot of people concerning the shipping of cars, and Lorri's name will be the only one I give to them. I have worked with other car carriers before, and none of them can compare to Lorr's customer oriented service. In our business, and the type of economy we have, I only want to do business with people that WANT to do business with me. Thanks agan for you great service, and for making a new business partner. I WILL BE USING YOU AGAIN.
