This is my second experience using this company. I would have to say that overall both experiences were better than average. Customer service reps are proficient and friendly, prompt in returning phone calls. The drivers on both occasions were friendly and very affable. The last driver was behind schedule but as I didn't need my vehicle I wasn't fussed about it. I was originally quoted 1046.00 and so I called another company and received a quote of 950.00. I did not know that one company had been absorbed by evergreen, so in any case I went with the lower quote. My contact person Lori was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient so that made for a satisfactory experience. The only down side is they don't do credit cards so twice I had to provide a check over the phone and that was the least efficient step, as there was plenty of money in the account one check didn't clear, then another didn't. They called to see if they had routing # or check # wrong, so I then received a nasty phone call from there legal department with a nasty message. I promptly took care of the bill, so aside from all that unpleasantness it was very satisfactory....
