This Company and Evergreen are linked but not the same. If you call the numbers linked to them, they take you to a different company(AAA Auto, but they don't tell you that when you call them). Doesn't make since. We arranged for A1 Auto for the pick up, and the check was cashed by Evergreen Auto Transport Inc. Now they never picked up the truck so we canceled and requested a refund and A1 auto pretty much said we are out of luck because Evergreen is out of business. A1 is not even A1 auto, they are now AAA auto. Don't trust any of them! Lets not forget about the horrible customer service (they are always in the bathroom and never call back).
We canceled after getting frustrated because they could never find a carrier, but of coarse if we would give them a little more money they could probably find one faster. Still waiting on the refund check. Getting a lawyer next week. Not worth your trouble!! Pick a different company !!
