I feel incredibly bad for any of you that have lost your money in this. It is crucial for me to say however that the employees of evergreen were under the impression while they continued to operate that business was building back up and things were turning around. They were told there was a new plan and things were slowly but surely getting better. The sales reps that were taking money and placing orders believed that those vehicles were going to get transported like promised and that if a customer cancelled they would recieve their refund in full. I know I speak for the other sales reps when I say that we are extremely sorry for what has happened to those of you who trusted us and now either your transport has never happened or you haven't gotten your money back. It is all as much a shock to you as it is to us. On Monday, December 12th, we all were laid off and found out that the company doors were closing. No severance, nothing! 13 days before Christmas we found out that we no longer had jobs. We also had to face the haunting reality that all the money we had taken in the past few weeks was a lie. We have to hope those cars get moved like we promised or those individuals who cancel get their refunds issued back to them in a timely manner.

This is a VERY FRUSTRATING situation for the customers I can only imagine. It is very frustrating for all of the previous employees as well, i can assure you. I know that personally, I wish to apologize to every customer, but especially those that were MY customers. Everything I told you about the company and it's policies and what they had to offer, to the best of my knowledge, was true at the time I told you. I am not a liar, I loved keeping my customers happy, and if I would have known that I could not get your vehicle transported or couldn't get you a refund if requested, I would have never pitched you on the idea of using our service, nor would I have accepted your money.

At this point, the previous employees of evergreen can only hope and pray that the owner stands by his word and does everything in his power to get you, the trusting individuals that you have been, all of your money back in a timely manner to at least make that aspect of it right. Please know that the individuals you all spoke with on the phones did not know nor understand the severity of the money troubles Evergreen was having, and if we would have we would not have taken your money or put you in this kind of predicament. I know that I personally put a lot of faith into this company and it not only bit me, but bit all of you in the a$$. I am so sorry. I just wanted to make sure the customers knew that their representative was not a liar or a thief. The rep you spoke with was not deceitful, nor cold hearted. They were told one thing when really it was another. The rep you spoke with was blindsided right along with you

It is true, officers, shareholders and management were told by council that in fact the lawsuit was settled, and we did in fact, get our website back in October. We rented new offices and hired new staff and we were on our way to recovery. This turned out to not be true as the defendant in our lawsuit refused to honor the settlement agreement and removed the website on Monday afternoon December 12th. The website generates 90 percent of our income so we immediately laid off our employees and stopped accepting money from customers. We meet our payroll and refunded customers with the rest of our funds. We are adding any suppliers and or customers as third party claimants to our lawsuit to recover their money and our website which we had for the last three years. If you are owed money and have not heard from us please email us at eatcustomerservice@gmail.com. We are very sorry this happened.
